New FTU Kit: Child Loss Awarness

This kit for every mother and father that have ever lost thier child.

To lose an child is like to have an piece of you missing.

I made this kit for 2 reasons 1 a friend of mine asked me to do it

and 2ndly I lost my first child when I was 3 mths prego. You never really get over

an lost like that it doesn't matter how you lose your child how old they are

it hurts the same no matter what.

New FTU Lung Cancer Awarness Kit

One of my Ct members brother is sadly dying from Lung Cancer

she asked me to make an kit for her so she can honor her brother

so you know me I'm more then happy to help out

I have to give an big thanks to the blog list ppl for helping me with

the colors with this kit.

I'm deeply sadden that Meliou brother couldn't fight this but

we are going to be there for her in our prayers and thought.

Albright Awarness kit

McCune-Albright syndrome is a disorder that affects the bones, skin, and several hormone-producing (endocrine) tissues.

People with McCune-Albright syndrome develop areas of abnormal scar-like (fibrous) tissue in their bones, a condition called polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. Polyostotic means the abnormal areas (lesions) may occur in many bones; often they are confined to one side of the body. Replacement of bone with fibrous tissue may lead to fractures, uneven growth, and deformity. When lesions occur in the bones of the skull and jaw it can result in uneven (asymmetric) growth of the face. Asymmetry may also occur in the long bones; uneven growth of leg bones may cause limping. Abnormal curvature of the spine (scoliosis) may also occur. Bone lesions may become cancerous, but this happens in fewer than 1 percent of people with McCune-Albright syndrome.

Alopecia Areata Blog train 2 has left the station

I’m Jenny from Jenny’s Designz; a lot of you have known me for years. What you might not know is that my little girl suffers, yes I mean SUFFERS from ALOPECIA AREATA. She has had it since she was 2 years old. It started out as a little tiny bald spot that has gotten bigger and bigger, but she is not totally bald like some of the kids that have it. Her hair comes out in patches; she takes steroid shots that might stop her growth rate, and as of right now there is no cure for it.
They say its genetic (not that me or my ex-hubby knows of any one in our family’s ever having it) she is the only one. She is 6 years old now in school you can only image the worry that I go through because kids can be mean. She is very self-conscious about her hair. So I wanted to spread the word to people that may or may not have heard for the condition. The more people that know the better chance we have at finding a cure for it.

2 new Clusters frame LindaNM

his collaboration is brought to you by a group of 22 designers wanting to raise funds to help out the tornado victims in Oklahoma.
To Oklahoma with Love is a 2 part collaboration for you to purchase with 100% of the funds going to Oklahoma.
While this collab has been in production, Oklahoma has once again been hit with more tornados, effecting more people than before.

New PTU KIT: PRO LIFE

I was asked to make Pro Life kit from a special friend who is trying awarness for life.
The Kit has 50 elements and papers in it. It has some baby stuff in it. You can make some awarness tag for Pro Life with this kit its small but worth it.

BLOG LIST Blog train; ALOPECIA AREATA Awarness

heres why we all did it

They say its genetic (not that me or my ex-hubby knows of any one in our family’s ever having it) she is the only one. She is 6 years old now in school you can only image the worry that I go through because kids can be mean. She is very self-conscious about her hair. So I wanted to spread the word to people that may or may not have heard for the condition. The more people that know the better chance we have at finding a cure for it.

My good friend from my own CT team - Angela from Queenie Creations - has already made a kit so I’m using her kit to make a tag with Veronica (VV) to show the world my happy beautiful child. I tell her every day that she is beautiful, and I think every child with any kind of disease needs to hear that. I am sending out a call to ALL SCRAPKIT DESIGNERS who would be interested in collaborating on this project - including those who do tags, quick pages, templates, masks, etc. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Here is the info designers will need for the kits. There is no due date because I haven't been able to get others involved in it yet. I have posted in several groups on Facebook. I know people have seen it so far Angela and Shani from Wicked Princess.

If you know of anyone else that I haven’t thought about - would you please send them the link to this post or forward an email to them letting them know and asking them to help out? I would be ever so thankful. Even taggers can do something - a tag here or there with awareness on it helps out more then you know!
